Standard Fire Code, Resolution 2006-65, adopted by
Concord Township Board of Trustees.
The Concord Township Board of Trustees adopted Resolution
2006-65, a Standard Fire Code, at their meeting of September 6, 2006.
The purpose of adopting the 2006-65
Standard Fire Code is to promote the health, safety, and welfare of the
community. Complete copies of the Code are on file with the
Concord Township Fiscal Officer and the Lake County Law Library for
inspection by the public. The Fiscal Officer has copies available
for distribution to the public at cost.
NOPEC
Energy Aggregate Programs

NOPEC has
announced that it has entered into a
contract with Dominion Retail to provide
natural gas to NOPEC customers in the
Dominion East Ohio Gas service
territory. This is a 24-month
agreement. The rate for the first
seven months is guaranteed at $9.70 per
thousand cubic feet. A rate for
the remaining 17 months will be locked
in by NOPEC when the wholesale price is
most advantageous.
Additional information
will be provided by NOPEC as it becomes
available. NOPEC will also be
mailing out "opt-out" material in the
near future.

Concord Twp. signed up as
one of the communities in Northeast Ohio
in the NOPEC energy aggregate program.
The NOPEC group bought contracts in the
past including natural gas and
electricity.
The Township does
not manage this program.
We are simply a community member which
enables our residents who choose to
participate to hopefully realize a
savings on their energy bills.
