NOTICE REGARDING CHANGE OF ELECTRIC SUPPLIERS The Township has received a number of phone calls regarding a letter from FirstEnergy/CEI about a change in electric suppliers. This change was not made by the Township. This change is a result of membership by Township residents in NOPEC, an aggregate buying group, that assists in obtaining competitive utility rates (electric and natural gas). Township residents have been participating in NOPEC for approximately 10 years as a result of a vote by the residents. You are not obligated to participate in this group, you may opt out. It is your choice to decide which utility company can provide the most competitive value to your budget.
