Multi-Road Resurfacing Project
A multi-road resurfacing project will begin on Monday, September 11, 2017, to include Auburn Road between Crile Road and Spear Road, east of SR 44, and the intersection of Morley Road and Prouty Road in Concord Township.
The contractor will be continuously moving between locations to complete the necessary work in phases. No closures are anticipated. Two-way traffic will be maintained by use of flag persons during work hours. Motorists should proceed through these areas with caution. The project is scheduled to be completed by Friday, October 13, 2017.
SR 608 Bridge Replacement Project
SR 608, Concord-Hambden Road, in Concord Township will be closing for 45 days on August 7, 2017. The road will be closed at the bridge over the Greenway Trail (a few hundred feet east of Ravenna Road). The detour will use Ravenna Road and Girdled Road.
The Greenway Pathway is closed in the area where the pathway goes under SR 608. In conjunction with the closing of the pathway, the Ravenna Road parking lot and pathway access is closed. Pathway access and parking at the Environmental Learning Center will remain available. The pathway is scheduled to reopen by late October.
