Q/A Survey
Quality Assurance is designed to improve an organization by identifying it's strengths and weakness by focusing on customers' expectation, satisfaction and job performance.

Concord Fire Department established  a Quality Assurance program  in 2005.
Letters and questionnaires have been randomly mailed to those involved in an emergency in which the Fire Department was called to respond. The feedback from these surveys have provided valuable insight into our performance.

The form may be printed and mailed or dropped off at either fire station.
